THOMAS EVANS

New Ross, July 13 Thomas EVANS, a resident of this vicinity for 75 years, passed away at his home near New Ross Monday night at 6 o'clock of complications. He had been ill since June 29th. The deceased was born near Parkersburg June 22, 1852 the son of William B. and Mary Ariann Evans. He was married to Ida B. Inlow June 30, 1883. Surviving are the widow, one daughter, Mrs. Lizzie Hymer; two sons, Harry and Charles; one brother, W.E. Evans of near New Ross and 3 grandchildren. One daughter died in infancy. Funeral services for the well known and highly respected man will be held at the home, with the date to be announced later. kbz
